Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in Canada's ten provinces. We don't currently ship to the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon or outside Canada.

Shipping rates

Shipping is based on the number of items in your order. Prices are in Canadian dollars.

Shipping to	1 to 6 items	7 to 12 items	13 items or more
All ten provinces	$19	$29	Free

Processing and delivery

Orders are packed and shipped by our fulfillment partner, usually within 1 to 3 business days. You'll get an email with a tracking number when your order ships. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier.

Address and delivery issues

Please check your shipping address at checkout, since it can't be changed once the order ships. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us through our contact page and we'll help.
