Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases on momesso.com, operated by Momesso Foodie, Montréal, Quebec. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Refund, Shipping and Privacy policies.

Products and prices

Prices are in Canadian dollars and don't include taxes, which are added at checkout. We may change prices or products at any time. If a product or price is listed in error, we may cancel the affected order, and you won't be charged for it.

Orders and payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or the order appears fraudulent. If we cancel an order, any payment is returned in full.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is described in our Shipping policy. All sales are final, as described in our Refund policy.

Product information

We describe our products, ingredients and nutrition values as accurately as we can. Always read the label before eating, especially if you have food allergies. Photos are for illustration, and products may look slightly different.

Discount codes

Discount codes have no cash value, can't be combined unless stated, and may end at any time.

Website content

The Momesso name, logo, photos and text on this site belong to Momesso Foodie and may not be copied without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Momesso Foodie isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Quebec or Canadian consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after it was published.
